How Do I Register for My Sessions?

You must download the 8th Annual Biohacking Conference App 
(Apple)    (Android)

 Once you have the Cvent app installed, simply search for the 8th Annual Biohacking Conference, and follow the sign-up process.

At log in, you will enter your information and a confirmation code will be emailed to you  *Your first, last name and email address must match what was provided*

Simply add the code and you will be granted access. Once in, there are tabs such as Schedule, Sponsors, and Registration Desk hours, you can explore. 

If you have any issues, please reach out to support@www.8bc.biohackingconference.com and our team will reach out. 

Can I buy a tech hall pass for only one day?

No – The Pass is valid from 9/15-9/17.

What is excluded with the Tech hall only pass?

Venue

When and where is the conference?

The Conference will be held on September 15-17, 2022 at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California. There will be pre-conference sessions on September 14, 2022. Please watch your email for details.

Our room block at the Beverly Hilton is now SOLD OUT. You are welcome to inquire with the hotel directly for your rooming needs, understanding this will be out of our room block and, presumably, at a different rate.

We recommend the following hotels in the area. Airbnb may be an option as well.

Which airport is closest to the Beverly Hilton Hotel?

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Distance from Hotel: 13 miles. Drive Time: 20-30 min.

What to Expect

What is the daily flow of the conference?

VIP and Preferred ticket holders will have exclusive access to the Exhibiting Areas daily at 8:00 am. Opening Keynote is daily at 9 am. An organic plated lunch will be served all 3 days of the Conference for ticketed guests. There will be a vegetarian option.

There will be Upgrade U breakout sessions daily. All Keynote and Upgrade U breakout sessions will be filmed and available to ticketed Conference attendees for viewing within 30 days of the conference close. Evenings include community-building events, as well as ticketed VIP Dinners. 

The closing Keynote by Dave Asprey will be Saturday, September 17. Tech and exhibiting areas will remain open after the Closing Keynote until 5 pm.

What should I wear?

Conference dress is casual, as our exhibiting partners will be hosting demonstrations and you want to be comfortable. Due to the stage lighting required for filming (and to keep our presenters from melting), the Main Stage room will be kept VERY COOL, so we highly recommend layered clothing, including a hoodie, wrap, or jacket. There will be a Cold Plunge experiential activation so bring your swimsuit if you’d like to demo

What are my on-site food options?

Our Coffee Bar opens daily at 7am. For ticket holders, a gourmet plated lunch will be served daily in the International Ballroom. The Beverly Hilton Hotel has a gift shop with snacks and a poolside restaurant. If you have specific dietary restrictions, come prepared with your own food or snacks.

Do I need to rent a car?

Only if you do not intend to use Uber or Lyft and/or plan to do sightseeing.

May I bring my kids?

Children of all ages are welcome with a ticket purchase as seating is limited. If you do bring children and they need to let off steam please respectfully exit the room.

Ticketing

What If My Plans Change?

We understand that “life happens” and, to accommodate any changes, tickets are transferrable for this event.

To transfer, contact customer service support@www.8bc.biohackingconference.com with the name and email of the person you would like to transfer your ticket to, and we will take care of it.

Due to the intimate nature of our event, along with the many moving pieces and parts that make it such a unique experience, we are unable to issue refunds. Thank you for understanding.

Volunteering

Want to volunteer? Please complete our application to be considered

  • Must be available to volunteer the week of September 12th, 2022
  • There will be various shifts needing support starting Monday, September 12th, 2022
  • Conference is September 15 – 17, 2022
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to volunteer If you are selected as a volunteer, you will be notified via email by September 2, 2022 at the latest.
